This paper expounds the functions of readers club and the positioning of the members of Bertelsmann Book Club,introduces the situation of books recommendation,books quality,service quality,and satisfaction degree of Bertelsmann Book Club,probes into the members' obligations,mainly recommended books,and loyalty indexes of Bertelsmann Book Club,points out some obstacles existing in the development of Bertelsmann Book Club,and puts forward some measures for improving the service quality of Bertelsmann Book Club.
