摘要
人才是竞争力的核心要素,中青年人才是可持续发展的关键条件。本文以医学科技发展和医疗市场竞争为背景,结合军队大型医院建设的特点规律,介绍解放军总医院造就一支充满活力、医研并重、善于创新的中青年人才队伍的经验,从数量范围、标准条件、评选程序、激励措施、组织管理等方面,探索了中青年研究型人才的培养模式,以期通过优秀青年人才队伍推动研究型医院的长远发展。
Human resources is the core factor for competition and young and middle aged human resources is the key condition of ensuring hospital sustainable development. Under the environment of medical science and technology rapid development and the strong competition in medical market, combining with the characteristics of construction and development in large military hospital, experiences on training an active, focusing on both medical service and research and inventive young and middle aged professional team are introduced. The training mode is explored from 5 aspects which involve quantity, standards for selecting, process for selecting, incentive mechanism and organization to help researching hospital long-term development.
