摘要
目的:对北京市5家三甲医院医务人员进行调查,客观真实的描述医务人员目前的工作状况,分析所反映的问题。方法:通过问卷调查了解医务人员的基本工作状况;通过定性访谈对所反映问题进行深层次的分析。结果:2/3以上的调查对象认为工作压力大;工作超时、加班是医务人员的工作常态;接近2/3的医务人员月均收入在2001-4000元之间;55.2%的调查对象对自己工作表示不满意。结论:医务人员的工作压力、工作强度较大,更承受着很大的心理压力,提高待遇成为医务人员的普遍诉求,其工作满意度和工作成就感均有一定的提升空间。
Objeetives： To describe the working status and problems of the medical staff through investigating the staff of the five tertiary A level hospitals in Beijing. Methods： Combined with questionnaire survey and qualitative interview to realize the basic working status and the problems deeply. Results： Two-thirds of the staff considers that the working pressure is too high and overtime working is the normal style in hospital. Two- thirds of the investigated get 2001-4000yuan income monthly. 55.2% of the staff is not satisfied with their work. Conclusions： The working pressure and strength are too heavy. The）＇ are also under a great psychological pressure. The common demand is to improve salal3 and welfare. Their job achievement and satisfaction can be both promoted.
