摘要
针对医务职场语言所处的道德环境,分析了社会发展与转型中的医患交往语言所凸显的伦理问题及原因:卫生部门更多的关注规范制度建设而不同程度的忽视了医务人员道德信念的养成,媒体更多的关注医患纠纷的曝光而不同程度的忽视了道德楷模的宣传,这都使得医患关系失去了美德伦理的支持;患者因医院环境的陌生、医学知识的相对欠缺、维权意识的增强和医者因工作繁忙、诊疗更多的仰赖"器",使得医患间不能实现平等主体的交往。
Based on ethical environment of the language of medical workers, this paper analyzed ethical problems and causes： including the health apartments focus too style construction while paying less attentions for the cultivation of moral belief of medical workers, and the media focus too medical dissension while paying less attentions for moral paragons, both of which lead to relationship between doctors and patients without support from virtue ethics. Besides, patients who are strange to the hospital environment and have poor medical knowledge and growing awareness and doctors who keep busying and relying on diagnostics equipment can not communicate equally as one subject to the other one do.
