摘要
公安民警压力源于公安工作性质、工作任务、职业成就、人际关系等,也与民警个体心理相关。疏导公安民警心理压力应多管齐下,社会应有较好的支持系统,确立从优待警;公安机关组织层面应增加警力、优化警力配置,引导公众舆论导向,实行新警录用的心理测试制度,对在职民警加强心理训练;民警应树立坚定的职业信念,加强自我心理的疏导,学会释放心理压力。
The pressure of public security police not only results from the nature and task of their work, professional achievement, and personal relationship, but police individuals as well. All kinds of efforts should be made to channel the pressure of police, and the society should have a good supporting system and give special-treatment to police. Public security organs should increase police force and optimize its distribution, guide public opinions, employ the system of psychology test in recruiting police and strengthen psychological training of on-the-job police. The pohce should establish firm occupational conviction and learn how to release psychological pressure.
