摘要
大学生就业焦虑是大学生群体面对就业问题时产生的不良情绪。毕业生的就业焦虑程度和就业环境、毕业生自身的家庭经济条件等外部因素有关,也和自身的就业意向、就业态度、对就业形势的判断等内部因素有关。根据影响毕业就业焦虑心理的相关因素对师范学院应届毕业生的就业焦虑情绪进行调适很有必要。
The university students employment anxiety is the negative modes generated when they faced the employment problem.This is widespread anxiety phenomenon in the normal university students.It is associated with the external factors such as employment environment,graduates family economic conditions,and is also related to the internal factors like employment mention,attitude,and the judgment of employment situation.So it is necessary for the normal university graduating students to adjust the employment anxiety motion according to the factors which is mentioned above.
