摘要
目的建立漏斗胸患者前胸廓三维实体模型,进行生物力学有限元分析,为Nuss手术提供可参考的依据,并提出可行的手术方案。方法首先利用Mimics和Geomagic Studio软件的三维造型功能,构建出漏斗胸患者前胸廓三维模型,包括患者前胸廓数据采集,生成点云数据,构建前胸廓三维实体造型;然后利用有限元分析软件ANSYS建立三维有限元模型,共198964个单元,332216个节点,模拟Nuss手术过程,对模型进行生物力学分析。结果完整重现了漏斗胸患者前胸廓的复杂形态,建立了包括肋骨、胸骨体在内的鲜明、直观的漏斗胸患者前胸廓三维有限元模型。结论建立漏斗胸患者前胸廓三维实体模型,进行漏斗胸Nuss手术矫正过程的有限元分析将有助于提高医生Nuss手术矫形的质量。
Objective To establish three-dimensional solid model of thorax with pectus excavatum patient for biomechanical finite element analysis,for the purpose of providing a reference for Nuss surgical and making more viable options.Methods The three-dimensional modeling function of software Geomagic Studio and Mimics were used to establish the three-dimensional model of thorax with pectus excavatum patient,which included collection of thorax data,generation of point cloud data and establishment of three-dimensional thorax model.Then,the finite element model with 198 964 elements and 332 216 nodes was established.The Nuss procedure was simulated by finite element method with ANSYS.Results The integrated three-dimensional finite element model was reconstructed,and the model reproduced complicated morphology of thorax with pectus excavatum patient which included ribs and sternums.Conclusion It is demonstrated that the establishment of three-dimensional model of thorax with pectus excavatum patient and simulation of Nuss procedure by finite element method could be helpful for improving the quality of surgical correction in Nuss procedure.
