美国教师专业发展学校对我国幼儿教师培训的启示 被引量:4

摘要 探索有效的幼儿教师培训途径,提升幼儿教师专业化水平,是当前我国幼儿教育改革的关键。借鉴美国教师专业发展学校的成功经验,我国应增强幼儿教师职前培训中实践能力训练的比重,为幼儿教师在职培训提供平等的学习环境及个性化训练,并尝试构建具有中国特色的幼儿教师专业发展学校。
