摘要
本研究使用"2010连氏中国城市公共服务质量调查"中有关公共教育服务质量满意度的数据,通过HLM模型分析了个人与城市两个层面的变量是否、如何以及在多大程度上影响了公众对所在城市公共教育服务质量的满意程度。统计分析发现,城市层面的变量人口规模、人均GDP与人均财政支出都能显著地影响城市公众对于教育服务的满意度,而且这三个变量对于满意度在城市之间的差异具有较高的解释能力;个人层面的变量如性别、家庭收入以及居住时间等对于因变量也有显著的影响力,但它们对于城市内公众满意度之差异的解释能力不强。
This study conducts a quantitative analysis of citizen's satisfaction with public education service in China via Hierarchical Linear Model.With survey data from "2010 Lien Public Service Excellence Index for Chinese Cities",the paper enquires the influence of city-level variables as well as that of citizen-level variables on citizen's satisfaction.HLM regression shows that the city-level variables,i.e.population scale,GDP per capita and per capita public spending on education,can significantly explain the variance in satisfaction between cities while the citizen-level variables,i.e.gender,family monthly income and the length of residence,have significant impact on citizen's satisfaction.
