摘要
利用MTI-3444L栅控行波管实现6.5~18GHz超宽频带雷达发射机。介绍发射机的组成、工作原理、及放大链行波管供电电路、浮动板调制器和控检组合的设计方法,并给出发射机的热测实验结果。
A MTI-3444L grid-controlled TWT is used to make a 6. 5-18GHz ultra-wide band radar transmitter. This article describes composition and operation principle of this transmitter and presents a design method for power circuit of its amplifier chain TWT, modulator and control and check assembly. The experiment results of power-on test of that transmitter are given in the end.
