滁州市土壤重金属污染及蔬菜生产安全性调查 被引量:1

Investigation of Heavy Metal Pollution in Soil and Safety of Vegetable Production in Chuzhou

摘要 利用原子吸收分光光度法测定了滁州土壤样品和蔬菜样品中重金属镉、铜、锰和锌的含量,用单项污染指数法和多项内梅罗污染指数法判断了土壤污染程度和蔬菜的安全性。结果表明该市土壤重金属镉已达严重污染,其单项污染指数在3.5以上,最高接近9.0,内梅罗指数达到7.477。金属铜以尾砂坝周围土壤含量最高,达到480.586mg/kg~620.496mg/kg,已接近尾砂中铜含量,其单项污染指数达到9.612~12.410,达到严重污染标准;4种蔬菜样品,以尾砂坝种植蔬菜中铜含量较高,且超过轻污染和重污染指标,韭菜中富集的重金属最高,超过蔬菜中安全含量标准,达到重污染。土壤中重金属含量与蔬菜中金属含量之间除韭菜与土壤中含量相关性达到极显著水平外,其他各蔬菜与土壤重金属含量未到达显著水平。 In this paper, the soil and four kinds of vegetables of Chuzhou city were investigated. Using atomic absorption spectrophotometry, the content of cadmium, copper, manganese and zinc was measured in these samples,The soil pollution degree and the vegetable safety were estimated. The results showed that cadmium contamination of the soil samples had reached serious pollution in Chuzhou city. The cadmium pollution index was from 3.5 to 9.0 and Nemerow index was 7.477. Copper contamination of soil at Langya tailings dam was the highest content, from 480. 586 mg/kg to 620. 496 mg/kg. And the single pollution index was from 9. 612 to 12. 410. The soil was badly polluted by copper contamination in this dam, As to the vegetables samples, the copper content was the highest in the Langya tailings dam. The vegetables had been contaminated by copper, In all of vegetable samples, the heavy metal content in oriental garlic chives was higher than other vegetables. The chives had been badly pollu- ted by heavy metal but other vegetables had been lightly polluted.
