摘要
本文从新时期学生干部的素质要求和培养方法入手,指出了目前高校学生干部队伍的现状和存在的问题,对如何培养高素质的学生干部提出了加强思想道德素质教育、增强服务意识、完善管理制度等对策,确保高校学生干部队伍的质量。
This paper indicating the problems which exist in current college student leaders. Some measures are raised to solve the problen, such as strengthening the ideological and moral quality education,raising the service consciousness, perfecting management system and so on, which make sure the quality of students-leader group.
