摘要
对2个四倍体葡萄材料四玫Ⅰ及四玫Ⅱ及其连续3代的扦插株进行了表皮气孔性状和花粉粒特性观察,并对根尖、茎尖、卷须细胞进行了染色体计数。结果表明:各代植株分生组织层L1,L2和L3的倍性结构没有改变,四玫Ⅰ及四玫Ⅱ倍性稳定。
Two autotetraploidy grape strains, including autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅰ, autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅱ and their three successive cutting progenies were analyzed by means of detecting the characters of epidemic stomata, characters of pollen grains and chromosome number in root apex, shoot apex and tendril. The results were as follows: the histological structure in the three successive cutting progenies of autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅰ and autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅱ weren't changed; Autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅰ and autotetraploidy Muscat hamburg Ⅱ were geneticly stable.
