摘要
本文扼要地报道油菜籽的综合加工工艺;油菜单宁和油菜分离蛋白的制备和性质;菜籽饼粕中植酸(盐)的提取和制备。
The comprehensive processing and utilization of rapeseed, the preparation and characteristics of rapeseed tannin and rapeseed protein isolate, the preparation of phgtic acid(phytate) in rapeseed is reported in this paper.
