摘要
普通生物学是高等生物类专业的必修专业基础课，涉及学科众多，综合性强。为激发学生的学习兴趣，提高课程教学质量，本文针对普通生物学课程的特点，结合作者教学实践，从更新和整合教学内容、改进教学模式和考核方法、突出学生在学习中的主体地位以及培养学生创新能力和综合素质等几个方面对该课程的教学活动进行了思考和探索。
General Biology is a required basic course in higher biological major that covers multiple disciplines, and is comprehensive. To stimulate the study interests of the students and to enhance the quality of teaching, the author, based on teaching practice, reflected on the teaching activities and made explorations through updating and integrating of the teaching contents, improving on the teaching model and test method, highlighting the predominant position of the students in study, and cultivation of innovation and comprehensive ability.
