摘要
在借鉴国内外自升式平台各型支撑升降系统的基础上,设计了一套支撑升降方案:齿轮齿条升降机构升降船式桩,齿形楔块锁紧机构对桩腿进行固桩锁紧,三角形桁架桩腿负载平台质量,独立式桩靴触底。对支撑升降系统的各部分进行结构设计,分析升降装置电机功率的计算方法,计算平台站立状态下锁紧装置所需的夹紧力,并对防腐技术进行了阐述。为自升式平台支撑升降系统的设计提供了新思路。
A new fixation and jacking system was proposed based on referring to various types of support lifting systems of existing jack-up platform at home and abroad:the rack and pinion lifting mechanism is used for lifting up/down the hull or the leg,the toothed wedge locking mechanism carries out pile fixation and locking of the legs,the triangle truss bears the weight of the platform,and the independent pile shoe contact bottom.The structure design for each part of the support lifting system was carried out,the clamping force required by the locking device when the platform is under vertical state,and anti-corrosion technology was also described,providing a new way of thinking for the design of support lifting system of jack-up platform.
