摘要
基于某微型客车车身的CATIA模型,运用前处理软件HyperM esh建立了车身结构的有限元模型;针对6个不同工况下的载荷边界条件,通过ADAMS/Car确定其载荷输入,采用惯性释放原理,对整车车身进行了较为全面的强度分析;计算了车身结构中薄弱件的安全系数,为验证和改进车身结构的设计提供了准确可靠的理论依据。
The finite element models of body structure were established by applying pre-processing software HyperMesh based on the CATIA models of a minibus body.Aiming at six load boundary conditions under different working conditions,their load inputs were determined by using ADAMS/Car,and the much more comprehensive vehicle body strength analysis has been carried out by applying inertia relief method.The safety factors of the weak parts in the body structure have been calculated,providing accurate and reliable theoretical basis for the verification and improvement of the of body structure design.
