摘要
齿面接触分析是双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮啮合分析的有效工具,是进行加载齿面接触分析、有限元分析的基础。文中利用齿面接触分析(Tooth ContactAnalysis,TCA)原理,结合双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的齿形特点,对其TCA程序的关键内容及实现方法进行了介绍,实现了对双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮传动啮合质量的数值仿真分析。最后通过实例对该TCA程序进行了验证,为双圆弧弧齿锥齿轮的设计提供了有效的手段和方法。
Tooth contact analysis is an effective tool for meshing analysis of double circular arc profile spiral bevel gear(DCAPSBG),as well as the basis for loading tooth contact analysis and finite element analysis.By applying the principle of tooth contact analysis(TCA) and by combining with the tooth profile characteristic of the DCAPSBG,this paper introduced and discussed the key contents and methods of TCA computer programming for numerical simulation analysis of the transmission meshing quality of DCAPSBG.The TCA program developed in this paper,which had been verified by real examples,can provide an effective approach and method for the design of DCAPSBG.
