摘要
研究了循环处理对LD10 合金的尺寸稳定性和畸变的影响,并通过残余应力和组织结构的变化分析了作用机理,探讨了工艺路线、工艺参数影响规律,得出增强LD10 合金稳定性和降低残余应力的循环处理优化工艺。
This paper deals with effect of cyclic treatment on dimensional stabilization of Al alloys.According to the change of residual stresses and microstructures,the performing mechanism and effect of the technique routine and parameters have been studied,an optimum cyclic treatment technology is acquired to strengthen the dimensional stabilization and to reduce residual stresses of LD10 alloys.
