摘要
目的:对影响氟喹诺酮类药抗感染疗效的影响因素进行分析,为该类药临床合理应用提供参考。方法:对132例使用氟喹诺酮类药治疗的患者制定抗感染疗效影响因素调查量表,并根据临床病例提供的数据填写,对包括年龄、性别、肝肾功能等在内的11个因素进行多因素Logistic回归分析,找出影响抗感染疗效的要因。结果:在氟喹诺酮类药疗效的影响因素中,年龄、性别、肌酐、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天门冬酸氨基转移酶为影响该类药物抗菌效果的要因。结论:非老年患者、男性患者使用氟喹诺酮类药抗感染治疗效果更佳;肝肾功能异常患者使用时,应根据患者病情变化给予合适的剂量和给药间隔。
OBJECTIVE：To analyze the influencing factors of therapeutic efficacy of antibacterial fluoroquinolones,and to provide reference for rational use of fluoroquinolones in the clinic.METHODS：The scale of influencing factors for 132 patients who were treated with fluoroquinolones were designed and filled according to the data of clinical case,including age,gender,liver and renal function index,and other factors.The data were analyzed through Logistic regression analysis to determine the main factors that influenced therapeutic effects.RESULTS：Among influencing factors of therapeutic efficacy of fluoroquinolones,age,gender,Cr,ALT and AST were major factors.CONCLUSION：Fluoroquinolones is more effective in the treatment of bacterial infection in young population and male patients.Dosage and intervals of the drugs should be adjusted according to disease condition.
