摘要 介绍了有机物Simons电化学氟化法的合成方法、原理和影响氟化过程的主要因素。探讨了氟化反应器设计、氟化产物分离、氟化产物分析测定以及氟化过程工业化存在的主要问题。提出了采用Ni合金电极实现有机物Simons电化学选择性氟化的新思路。指出了开展电极/溶液界面热力学特性及反应动力学规律研究、三维电极电化学反应器应用基础研究以及氟化产物在线检测分析测定方法研发等主要研究方向。 The synthesis method,principle and the factors affecting the Simons electrochemical fluorination of organic compounds are introduced.The key problems in the process during the industrialization of the Simons electrochemical fluorination of organic compounds,such as reactor design,fluorinated product separation and analysis are discussed.It is proposed to investigate the selective electrochemical fluorination of organic compounds to synthesize partially fluorinated compounds by using Ni alloy as an anode.The main research fields,such as the thermodynamic characteristics on electrode/electrolyte interface and reaction kinetics on electrode surface,three-dimensional electrode electrochemical reactors and on-line analysis method are also presented.
