摘要
目的观察祛异康对子宫内膜异位症模型FSH、LH、E2、P的影响,探讨其治疗子宫内膜异位症的作用机理。方法采用手术移植法建立大鼠子宫内膜异位症模型,随机分为对照组、模型组、祛异康组、丹那唑组。造模成功各组给药4 W,放射免疫法检测血清FSH、LH、E2、Pα的含量。结果与模型组比较祛异康组、丹那唑组具有明显降低异位症大鼠血清中E2的含量(P<0.05);升高LH、P水平(P<0.05)。结论祛异康能明显抑制异位症模型大鼠异位内膜的生长,增加妊娠率,其治疗机理可能是通过抑制内异症大鼠血清E2的异常分泌,提高LH、P含量而起到抑制异位内膜的生长,恢复内分泌功能,减轻患者临床症状,达到治疗內异症的目的 。
Objective: To observe the effects of Quyikang on FSH,LH,E2 and P of endometriosis model,and to investigate its mechanism in the treatment of endometriosis.Methods: Rats model of endometriosis was built by surgical transplant,and were randomly divided into the control group,model group,Quyikang group and Danazol group.After successful modeling,each group was given medicine for 4 weeks.The content of serum FSH,LH,E2 and P were determined with radioimmunoassay.Results: Compared with the model group,the content of serum E2 of Qiyikang group and Danazol group lowered significantly(P0.05),and the content of serum LH and P of the two groups increased(P0.05).Conclusion: Quyikang can obviously inhibit the growth of ectopic endometrium,and improve pregnancy rate.The mechanism for the treatment of endometriosis is probably by suppressing the excretion of serum E2,and increasing the content of LH an P to recover the endocrine function and relieve the clinical symptoms.
