摘要
目的:探讨关节镜下外侧支持带松解治疗髌骨复发性脱位的疗效。方法:对10例11膝髌骨复发性脱位施行关节镜探查治疗及外侧支持带松解术,术后配合功能锻炼。结果:所有病例随访4个月～5年,根据膝关节功能标准评价,11膝中优6例,良4例,中1例,差0例。优良率90.9%。结论:关节镜下外侧支持带松解治疗髌骨复发性脱位,操作简便,疗效可靠,有利于功能恢复。
Objective：To detect curative effect of arthroscopic lateral retinacular release treatment for recurrent dislocation of the patella.Methods：Eleven knees of 10 patients with recurrent dislocation of the patella were probed and treated by lateral retinacular release operation under arthroscope,then they combination with postoperative function exercise.Results：All cases were followed up for 4 months to 5 years.According to the standard evaluation of knee function,6 cases were excellent,4 cases were good,one case was moderate,and no poor case.The rate of excellent and good was 90.9%.Conclusion：Arthroscopic lateral retinacular release treatment for recurrent dislocation of the patella is simple,effective,and benefit for function recovery.
