摘要 晚期糖基化终末产物(AGEs)与其受体(RAGE)在糖尿病及其并发症的发生、发展中起重要作用。缺少胞内区的RAGE称为可溶性RAGE(sRAGE)。其可阻断配体与RAGE的结合。糖尿病患者sRAGE水平明显降低,而他汀类、噻唑烷二酮类、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂等药物可以提高血清sRAGE水平。对sRAGE的进一步研究有可能为糖尿病及其并发症的治疗提供新的药物。 Interaction of advanced glycation end products (AGEs) with their receptor (RAGE) plays an important role in the oeeuranee and development of diabetes and its complications. RAGE has an endogenous secretory receptor form, termed soluble RAGE (sRAGE), which might act as an endogenous competitive inhibitor of RAGE. The level of sRAGE decreases in patients with diabetes, while some drugs, such as statins, thiazolidinediones, inhibitors of angiotensin-converting enzyme also increase plasma sRAGE level. Further studies of sRAGE may provide a new drug for the treatment of diabetes and its complications.
