摘要
目的：观察路盖克（双氢可待因／醋氨酚复方片）对中度癌痛的镇痛效果和不良反应。方法：路盖克每次2片，tid或qid，应用于150例中度癌痛患者。结果：路盖克治疗中度癌痛的显效率为84．7％，68．0％的患者提高了生活质量，不良反应低。结论：此药可作为中度癌痛患者常规使用镇痛药物之一。
To observe the analgesic effect and side-effect of Galake (dihydrocodeine and paracetamol) in treatment of moderate cancer pain. METHODS: 150 patients with moderate cancer pain were treated with 3-4 daily dose of 2 tablets of Galake. RESULTS: The effective rate of Galake in relief of cancer pain was 84. 7% and the quality of life was improved in 68. 0 %patients. CONCLUSIONS: Galake may be used as a routine analgesic for treatment of moderate cancerpain.
