摘要
藏药方剂配伍规律研究是藏医药继承和创新的薄弱环节。通过开展藏药方剂药效成分和配伍规律研究,有利于揭示藏医药科学内涵、促进藏药临床合理应用,并可为藏药产业化开发奠定科学基础。本文通过对比中药方剂的体内代谢研究现状,以藏药经典基础方剂三果汤散为例,从药效成分体内代谢特征角度,探讨了三果汤散配伍机制研究思路,以期对开展藏药方剂配伍规律研究提供新的研究策略。
The compatibility of Tibetan medicine formulae is a weakness for its innovation and inheritance. Through the research on the pharmacophore components of Tibetan medicine formulae and their prescription compatibility, the scientific contents of Tibetan medicine were revealed in favor of the rational choice and clinical application of Tibetan medicine, and also in favor of the establishment of the scientific basis for industrial development of Tibetan medicine. By comparing research status on the metabolism in vivo of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper, taking Tibetan classic formula-Sanguo Tangsan as an example, explored the idea of Sanguo Tangsan and its prescription compatibility from the perspective of metabolic characteristics of the pharmacophore components, in order to carry out a new strategy for Tibetan medicine＇s prescription compatibility.
