摘要 本文利用CFX技术软件对冲击式水轮机的喷嘴与喷针流道进行了数值模拟和计算,分别得到其流场内的速度与压力分布关系以及流动损失情况,最终优化出最优的喷嘴喷针几何流道形状。 That three common and two new designed flow passage geometries of nozzle and needle jet in Pelton turbine were numerical simulated and calculated by CFX in this paper.The velocity and pressure distribution and flow loss were showed respectively.A new flow passage geometry of nozzle and needle jet was concluded by modificative design.
