摘要
根据中国海洋石油总公司“三新三化”及利用高科技降低海洋石油成本的精神,对涠洲11-4东区井口平台结构设计做了多方案比选、优化、简化等研究,最后采用了2腿3桩的新型简易平台结构,并使该结构设计付诸实施,从而打破了南海海域没有简易平台结构的历史,使平台用钢量大大减少,缩短了工程周期,降低了制造和安装成本,为海上边际油田开发闯出了一条新路。
In order to achieve high oil production and to reduce the cost of offshore oil fields, especially for marginal fields such as the east block of W 11 -4 oil field, some new ways and advanced technologies must be applied in the structural design. This article describes optimum method for W 11 - 4 C structural design. After structural comparisons, calculations and optimization for W 11 - 4 C, an optimum design with two legs three piles is selected. This structure now is fabricated and installed which is the very first one of its kind in South China Sea region. The amount of structural steel, the cost of fabrication and installation had been largely reduced. This mini - structure offers a new approach for developing marginal offshore oil fields.
