介绍了金湾发电公司锅炉末级过热器因氧化皮脱落堵塞管子而引起的爆管情况。从锅炉设备检修、运行等方面,提出了控制过热器氧化皮形成和剥落的措施,如换管、控制蒸汽温度、减少燃烧热偏差、加强吹灰、控制升温速率、控制降温速率、控制冷、热态冲洗水水质等。
The situation of tube-burst due to oxide skin fall-off leading to blockage in final-stage superheater of Jinwan Power Generation Co Ltd has been presented.From aspects of maintenance and operation etc.for the boiler,preventive measures for controlling oxide skin formation and fall-off in the superheater,such as replacing tubes,controlling steam temperature,reducing heat deviation in combustion,controllng temperature rising speed,controlling temperature reducing speed,and strictly controlling water quality for cold and hot water flushing etc.,have been put forward.
