摘要 对PASTER超仿棉聚酯纤维的染色及其与氨纶的混纺针织物预定形中的难题进行了研究,并取得了工业化应用成果。通过红光助染剂AC-G105作用,有效解决了超仿棉聚酯纤维深染效果差,染黑色偏光严重的缺点;同时,通过纤维保护剂DP-9810对热定形织物隔热防护,有效消除了该超仿棉纤维与氨纶混纺织物热定形加工中因高温使纤维塑化而手感粗硬的缺陷,保持了织物原有柔软蓬松的棉手感。 The deep-dyeing of super cotton-like polyester fiber and the problem in the thermal setting process of blended fabric with PU fiber were investigated, and the achievement was obtained in the industrial application. With acting of red colour dyeing assistant AC-G105, the problem of PASTER super cotton-like polyester fiber deep-dyeing and defect of colour change in black dyeing were effectively overcome. At the same time, with the help of fiber protective agent DP-9810, the thermal fabric was free from heat, the hard hand of blended fabric of the super cotton-like fiber and PU fiber due to the high temperature setting was avoided, the fabric with soft, bulky and cotton-like hand was maintained.
