摘要
针对一种新型基于压电悬臂梁驱动器结构的三维静态磁场计,介绍了基于LabVIEW的测量微弱交流信号的检测系统。该检测系统包括高增益的前置运算放大器电路和信号处理2个部分。在虚拟仪器平台上利用LabVIEW设计了包含相敏检波的信号处理方法。实验结果显示:该检测系统具有很高的磁场检测灵敏度,在31μT的范围内,具有10 nT的分辨率和1%的线性度。该检测系统同样适用于其他微弱传感器信号的检测。
A weak AC signal detection system based on LabVIEW was presented,which was for improving performances of a novel static vector magnetometer based on piezoelectric cantilever actuator.The system contains a high gain two-stage pre-amplifier circuit and signal processing in LabVIEW.Signal processing contains the algorithm of phase sensitive detection.The results indicate that this detection system has high sensitivity,and obtains resolution of 10 nT and linearity of 1%.This detection system is also suitable for similar week signal extraction.
