摘要
由甲醛、异丁醛经醇醛缩合- 加氢两步法制新戊二醇。所用的催化剂分别为三乙胺和Cu - Zn - Al。结果表明该催化体系具有活性高、选择性好等特点。在甲醛、异丁醛缩合过程中,异丁醛转化率94-6 % ,羟基戊醛选择性98-4 % ;在羟基戊醛加氢过程中,羟基戊醛转化率100 % ,新戊二醇选择性100 % 。该工艺有较好的工业应用前景。
Neopentyl glycol was prepared by condensation of formaldehyde and isobutyraldehyde followed by hydrogenation;the catalysts used were triethylamine and Cu-Zn-Al respectively.The result show that the catalysts system have higher reactivity and selectivity.In condensation of isobutyraldehyde and formaldehyde,the conversion of isobutyraldehyde is 94 6%,with a 98 4% selectivity of hydroxypentylaldehyde.In hydrogenation of hydroxypentylaldehyde, the conversion of hydroxypentylaldehyde is 100%,with a 100% selectivity of neopentyl glycol.It could be used for neopentyl glycol synthesis in industry.
