摘要
提出了改进的丁醇、辛醇废液回收技术,即用一个高效蒸馏塔代替原有的两个间歇塔,并在塔内使用高分离效率的丝网波纹填料。对于处理能力5 kt/a 的回收装置,其投资可减少100 万元,具有较好的工业推广价值。
An improved technique for n-butanol and 2-ethyl-1-hexanol waste fluid recovery is proposed in which distillation columns with high efficiency separation is used to replace double batch columns in the conventional technique.High efficiency corrugated wire gauze packing is employed in the new column.Based on this technique,the investment can be reduced by 1×10 6 yuan RMB for a 5000 t/a recovery plant.
