摘要
Burkholderiasp.ZYB002脂肪酶能有效降解马尾松TMP浆中的三酰甘油酯。实验优化了酶学降解工艺条件:浆浓6%,酶用量20 U/g绝干浆,纸浆pH值7.5,65℃下处理30 min。在此工艺条件下,TMP浆中39%的三酰甘油酯可以被分解。
Triglyceride in the Pinus massoniana TMP pulp was hydrolysed by Burkholderia sp.ZYB002 lipase.The optimized technology was as follows: the pulp concentration was 6%,the dose of the lipase from Burkholderia sp.ZYB002 was 20 U/g on the oven dried thermomechanical pulp,the reaction was carried out at 65℃ for 30 mines with pH =7.5.In this optimized technology,the hydrolysis rate of the triglyceride reached 39%.
