一种舵偏角动态测试同步采集系统的设计 被引量:2

摘要 舵偏角动态测试中需要实时采集多通道、不同类型数据,而舵机数字指令的时间同步信息又无法直接获得。针对测试中数据的同步采集问题,设计了一个基于统一时标的多通道数据同步采集系统。利用舵机状态信息确定系统测试零点时间标志,并打开一个外部有源晶振作为系统时钟源,通过传感器、A/D采集卡的触发同步与舵机数字指令的计时同步相结合,实现多路数据的同步采集。其中,计时同步方法的同步误差小于5μs,系统采集设备的触发同步误差也在微秒量级,最终的同步精度满足舵偏角测试系统的测试需求。 To synchronize the multi-channel and multi-type data that needs to be gathered in rudder angle dynamic measurement,among which the rudder digital instruction is lack of synchronization information,a synchronal acquisition system of multi-channel data based on a uniform time flag is designed.It first determines the zero-time flag of the measurement system using status information of rudder,and opens an external active crystal,which is considered as the measurement system pulse resource.Through combining trigger synchronization of sensor and A/D acquisition card with timing synchronization of rudder digital instruction,synchronal acquisition of multi-channel data is realized effectively.Results show that the error caused by timing synchronization is within 5 μs,and the error caused by trigger synchronization of sensor and A/D acquisition card is also in microsecond level,the final synchronization accuracy meets the requirement of the angle measurement system well.
