摘要
目的：了解江苏省21世纪初居民主要恶性肿瘤的死亡特征。方法：利用2003年～2005年江苏省第三次死因回顾调查数据,分析人群中恶性肿瘤的死亡率、标化死亡率、死因构成、死因顺位等指标及死亡率之性别、年龄、城乡、地区差别。结果：江苏省2003年～2005年居民恶性肿瘤死亡率为208.99/10万,标化死亡率为116.45/10万,占全死因构成的30.63%,为居民死亡第一位死因。恶性肿瘤标化死亡率,男性（146.38/10万）高于女性（84.34/10万）,农村（118.62/10万）高于城市（95.92/10万）,苏中（127.07/10万）高于苏北（123.32/10万）,苏北高于苏南（99.24/10万）。前5位恶性肿瘤死因依次为肝癌、肺癌、胃癌、食管癌、结直肠肛门癌,合计占全部癌死亡的81.16%。与前两次死因调查结果相比,江苏省2003年～2005年居民恶性肿瘤标化死亡率无明显变化。结论：恶性肿瘤是导致江苏省居民死亡的首位疾病。人口老龄化是导致21世纪初江苏省居民恶性肿瘤死亡率升高的主要原因。
Objective：To depict the characteristics of deaths caused by malignant neoplasms in residents of Jiangsu province in the beginning of the 21st century.Methods： Data of the third death retrospective survey were analyzed.Mortality,age-standardized mortality（ASR）,structure of death,rank of death cause,as well as distribution in different populations were used to describe the characteristic of malignant neoplasms death in residents of Jiangsu during 2003~2005.Results： During 2003~2005,the annual average mortality and ASR of malignant neoplasms were 208.99 and 116.45 per 100,000 in Jiangsu,respectively,accounting for 30.63% of total deaths and ranked as the 1st leading cause of death in residents.The ASR of malignant neoplasms was observed to be higher in males,rural areas,central and northern of the province.Liver cancer,lung cancer,stomach cancer,esophageal cancer and colorectoral and annal cancer were the top five leading cause from malignant neoplasms in residents,accounting for 81.16% of total malignant neoplasms deaths.Conclusion： Malignant neoplasms had become the first leading cause of total death in residents of Jiangsu.Aging of population was the major cause of the increasing mortality of malignant neoplasms in the beginning of the new century.
