摘要
建立了某多联装车载导弹发射系统多体动力学模型,从理论、仿真计算、试验方面对发射系统的振动特性进行研究,分析计算了整体结构的振动模态,得到发射系统固有频率在3~20 Hz范围内,为车载导弹倾斜发射系统整体结构振动模态试验及动态响应分析提供了重要参考。试验结果与仿真结果的最大相对误差绝对值小于10%,计算结果与模态试验结果吻合较好,验证了建模及分析计算方法的正确性。
The multi-body dynamics model of a multiple missile launcher was built,and its vibration characteristics were studied from three aspects of theory calculation,simulation calculation and test;vibration modes were computed and analyzed.The results show that the natural frequency of launching system is about 3~20 Hz,which can also provide an important reference to modal testing and dynamic response analyzing of the whole vehicular missile oblique launching system.As the absolute value of the maximum relative error between results of simulation and test is less than 10%,the calculation results agree well with modal testing results,verifing the correctness of the modeling and analyzing method.
