摘要
为了探索安全有效的典型海湾水虱控制方法,选用昆虫生长调节剂虫酰肼(蜕皮激素类似物)为试验药物,观察其对典型海湾水虱生长发育的影响.结果发现:按鱼体质量以剂量为0.02μL.g-1.d-1的虫酰肼拌料连续饲喂宿主5 d,宿主血液中的药物可影响典型海弯水虱的幼体、早期成体及较小型成体的正常蜕皮,从而引起虫体在蜕皮期间的高死亡率.剂量减半、缩短给药时间或作用于该虫中等以上个体的情况下,该药效果不明显.
Tebufenozide,a molting hormone analogues of insect growth regulator was used to explore the feasibility of biological medicine control of Alitropus typus.Results showed that:tebufenozide induced the deviant molting of larvaes,juveniles and the smaller adults.It caused highly mortality rate during molting period by sucking blood after the host was fed with tebufenozide at the dose of body mass 0.02 μL·g-1·d-1 for five consecutive days.There were no obvious effects on reducing the dose to half,reducing the feeding times and/or affecting to bigger than medium individual.
