摘要
文章介绍了针对八钢40t转炉冶炼过程中出现的问题,通过优化冶炼枪位,使转炉冶炼过程稳定,解决了因炉底频繁下降导致炉身与炉底接缝处穿钢难题。
This paper introduces that solve problems at 40t smelting process in Bayi Steel ,and make the smehing process stability, through optimizing smelting lance,solve the decline in the bottom frequently lead to furnace body and bottom seams to steel-passing problem.
