摘要
动态测量已成为现代测量技术发展的主流趋势,但对动态测量系统的描述和评价仍沿用传统的静态测量理论,本文提出全系统动态测量精度理论新概念,并论述了传递链函数和全系统动态测量误差等基本问题。
Dynamic measurement becomes the main tendency in the development of modern measuring technique, but the static measurement theory is still employed to depict and evaluate the dynamic measuring system. This paper brings forward a new concept of dynamic measuring precision theory in full system, and discusses the basic problems including the function of transfer chain, full systemic dynamic measuring error, etc.It establishes the necessary foundation for farther study this original theory.\;[
