摘要
从IPTV商业模式发展背景出发,通过对我国具有借鉴性的哈尔滨模式和上海模式的分析和评价,得出我国IPTV商业模式发展中存在的共性问题,并从盈利模式和业务模式两个方面提出我国IPTV商业模式的创新设计,即从用户、经济发展和市场角度进行盈利模式的创新设计,从市场竞争力和品牌角度进行业务模式的创新设计。
From the background of IPTV business model development,this paper,by analyzing and appraising the Harbin pattern and the Shanghai pattern that are of reference significances,finds out the common problems in the IPTV business model development in China.It further suggests innovative design in terms of profit pattern and service pattern for Chinese IPTV business model,namely,innovative profit pattern design considering the user,the economic development and the market,and innovative service pattern design for market competitiveness and brand development.
