摘要
在构建贸易便利化水平指标评价体系的基础上,利用全球竞争力报告(GCR2010)和全球贸易投资便利化报告(GETR2010)中的评估数据,对发达国家、发展中国家和最不发达国家在政策环境、海关与边境管理环境、物流与基础设施环境、政府和金融环境等四个领域的贸易便利化水平程度进行了国际比较,并提出提高全球贸易便利化水平的建议。
Based on the constructed index system of trade facilitation level , this paper employed investigation data set comes from the database of ＂global competitiveness report （ GCR2010 ）＂ and ＂global enabling trade report（GETR2010） ＂, and compare trade facilitation level between developed countries, developing countries and least developed countries form four areas of policy environment, customs and border management environment, logistics and infrastructure environment, government and financial environment. Some suggestions are proposed to improve the global trade facilitation level.
