摘要
以5个加工番茄自交系为亲本进行不完全双列杂交,配制6个杂交组合,分析了加工番茄5个亲本和6个杂交组合果实的可溶性固形物含量、番茄红素含量、可溶性总糖含量、总酸含量、干物质含量的配合力及遗传力。结果表明:亲本T59的一般配合力较高,是十分优良的母本;FM007是较好的父本;杂交组合T59×20040805、T60×FM007、T60×JW9的特殊配合力较高,是综合性状优良的组合。
6 crossing combinations were combined from 5 inbreds according to the incomplete diallel cross method.The general combining ability and special combining ability of 5 main fruit characters(soluble solid,lycopene,total sugar,titrable acid,dry matter) of processing tomato were analyzed with 5 inbreds and 6 hybrids.The results showed that the inbreds of T59 with higher GCA,is a very good female parent,and FM007 is good male parent.The hybrids of T59×20040805,T60×FM007,T60×JW9 with higher SCA were good combinations with fine comprehensive quality traits.
