摘要
CFB锅炉因其具有可操作负荷范围宽、燃烧效率高、可燃用劣质煤等显著特点而在我国获得突飞猛进的发展。但CFB锅炉在低负荷运行时往往会因为燃煤量和返料灰量的减少而使床温、汽温的安全操作变得异常困难,对中低温返料CFB锅炉更是如此。本文介绍了笔者基于协调优化控制技术解决中温返料循环流化床锅炉在低温运行过程中床温和汽温如何同时兼顾的难题,一年多来的实际运行数据表明:当75t/h中温返料CFB锅炉运行在额定负荷的50%~60%时,在保持其相对高床温的前提下,对汽温的协调操作收到了良好的效果——可提高平均汽温20℃以上,有效地保证了汽轮发电机组的安全与经济运行。
With the advantages of the wide load adjusting ability, high combustion efficiency, low quality coal to be used, CFBB has been applied widely in China. But in a low load condition,with the reduction of fuel and circulating ash , operators will meet many abnormal difficulties in safety operation both for bed temperature and steam temperature, and especially it is more obvious to operate CFBB with Medium temperature material-returning system. In this article, based on coordination optimum control technology , a solution is provided to harmonize the conflict between bed temperature and steam temperature. More than one year actual running indicates that the average steam temperature can be raised 20 degree with, the bed temperare in a relative high level at the same time, and this can assure a safe and ecnomic running of steam turbine system.
