摘要
对新疆番茄产业的发展历程、自然优势及番茄制品生产和出口概况等进行了阐述,剖析了新疆番茄产业发展中存在的问题,并利用对182户番茄种植农户的问卷调查,深入分析了新疆地区农户种植番茄的特点及选择方式,以期为新疆番茄产业发展提供参考。
This paper set forth the development course of tomato industry, the natural predominance and me general situation of the tomato product＇s production and export, the problems in developing tomato industry in Xinjiang were analyzed as well. Based on adopting 284 peasant households＇ investigation data in Changji of Xinjiang, the characteristics and the selection method of peasant households planting tomato were deep analyzed to provide important references for developing tomato industry in Xinjiang.
