摘要
本试验旨在研究日粮中不同比例蚯蚓粉替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾生长性能的影响。试验采用单因子设计,选取200尾罗氏沼虾幼虾,随机分为5组,即Ⅰ组(0%蚯蚓粉+100%鱼粉)、Ⅱ组(10%蚯蚓粉+90%鱼粉)、Ⅲ组(20%蚯蚓粉+80%鱼粉)、Ⅳ组(30%蚯蚓粉+70%鱼粉)、Ⅴ组(40%蚯蚓粉+60%鱼粉),每组4个重复,每个重复10尾虾,饲养于玻璃钢水族箱中,试验期55d。结果显示∶日粮中不同比例蚯蚓粉替代鱼粉对罗氏沼虾的增重、增重率、肉重、肉重比无显著影响(P>0.05);Ⅰ组蛋白质效率比(PER)显著高于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05),摄食量、饲料系数显著低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。饵料比显著低于Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05)。Ⅰ、Ⅱ组间除了摄食量有显著差异外,其他均无显著差异。试验结果表明,蚯蚓粉适量替代鱼粉饲喂罗氏沼虾是可行的。
This experiment was conducted to study the effect of replacing fish meal with different proportions of earthworm meal in diet on growth performance of Macrobrachium rosenbergii.A single factor design was applied and 200 juveniles were randomly allocated into 5 treatments with four replicates for 10 prawns each.The treatments were designed as follows: Ⅰ (0 % earthworm meal+100 % fish meal),Ⅱ (10 % earthworm meal+90 % fish meal),Ⅲ (20 % earthworm meal+80 % fish meal), Ⅳ (30 % earthworm meal+70 % fish meal), Ⅴ (40 % earthworm meal+60 % fish meal).The experiment period lasted for 55 days.The results showed as follows: no significant differences were observed in body weight gain,body weight gain rate,muscle weight,muscle weight/body weight among all groups (P 〉 0.05).The protein efficient ratio(PER)of group Ⅰ was significantly higher than group Ⅲ, Ⅳ, Ⅴ ,but the feed intake and feed conversion rate in group Ⅰ were lower than group Ⅲ, Ⅳ,Ⅴ respectively(P 〈 0.05).No significant differernce was observed belween group Ⅰ and Ⅱ ,except feed intake.The results indicated that it was practicable to replace fish meal partially with earthworm meal in the production of giant prawns.
