摘要
以1,4-丁二醇和环氧氯丙烷为原料,三氟化硼乙醚络合物为催化剂,合成1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚。系统考察了原料摩尔比、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间和碱用量对合成1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚产率的影响。1,4-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚的产率达到84.9%。通过傅立叶变换红外光谱对其结构进行了表征。
1,4 -butanediol diglycidyl ether was synthesized with 1,4 -butanediol and epichlorohydrin with trifluo- rideboron ether complex as catalyst. The effect of different conditions, such as molar ratio of reactant, reaction temperature and time, the amount of catalyst and alkali on the yield of 1,4 - butanediol diglycidyl ether were investigated. The yield of 1,4 - butanediol diglycidyl ether was 84.9%. The product was characterized by FI'IR.
