摘要
间苯三酚是一种非阿托品、非罂粟碱类的纯平滑肌解痉药,能直接作用于痉挛的平滑肌,对正常平滑肌影响较小。妇产科领域很多方面需要解痉,特别是产时宫颈水肿、促进产程进展,取环和宫腔镜检查的宫颈松弛,先兆流产和早产时子宫肌的解痉,均需要应用有效药物达到治疗目的。间苯三酚可有效达到这方面的疗效。现就间苯三酚在妇产科的应用予以综述。
Phloroglucinol is a non-atropine papaverine pure smooth muscle spasm release drug,which can directly act on the spastic smooth muscle but with less impact on the normal smooth muscle.Spasm release is needed in many aspects of the field of obstetrics and gynecology,especially in the case of cervix edema during labor and promotion of labor,taking cervical ring and hysteroscopy relaxation,threatened abortion and premature uterine muscle spasm.Phloroglucinol can effectively achieve the therapeutic effect.Here is to review the application of phloroglucinol in gynecology and obstetrics.
