摘要
基于传统电力自动化结构的局限性,提出了一种基于信息共享的输(配)电自动化系统.阐述了管理级和站级两级结构的构成,总结了新结构的优点和实现的条件.在整个系统中站级控制中心进行数据采样、数据处理、数据存储以及同别的站级控制中心或者管理层交换数据的任务.管理层在物理上包括站级控制中心和专有的管理中心(如调度中心),管理层的软件可以安装在管理中心或者安装在站控中心.管理层通过广域网通信,站控中心内部通过局域网通信.
An advanced distributed electric automation system was proposed, whose information will be shared in enterprise level. The new system includes management level and substation controller level. Substation controller plays a very important role in the system. Sampling, dealing, storing data from the device and exchanging data with other substation controller or upper level system are its main task. Management level is divided into substation controller and special management center such as dispatch center. Management software can be installed in management center or in substation controller. All the substation controller and management center are connected by wide area network, while in the substation controller communication is based on local area network.
