FI-ICP-AES标准加入法的研究及其应用

摘要 对流动注射-等离子体原子发射光谱(FI-ICP-AES)中的标准加入法进行了研究,并应用于生物试样中多种微量元素的同时测定. 对流动注射的工作条件(如载液流速,传输管长度,进样体积,曝光时间等)进行了详细考察;并对合并带标准加入法和反相标准加入法作了比较和评价. 实验结果表明,本法具有操作简便,消除基体效应,所用试样少,精密度和准确度好以及分析效率较高等优点. 该法用于(GBW 08501)桃叶标样和中草药(漏芦)中Fe、Mn、Cu、Cr、和Ni的同时测定,测定值与标准参考值基本吻合. Flow injection standard addition methods applied to inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry are studied and proposed for simultaneous determination of trace elements in biological samples. The most proper operating conditions (the length of the transmission pipe, the injected volume, the exposure time etc.) have been tested. Two different flow injection standard addition methods, the reversed standard addition method and the merging\|zone standard addition method, have been compared and evaluated. It is shown that the method mentioned has its special feature in simplicity, rapidity, economy and efficiency. The method has been applied to the analysis of biological standard sample (GBW 08501) Peach Leaves and real sample Loulu with satisfactory results.
